He is survived by: his wife Vivian Pelland; his daughter Debra Francesconi of Bellingham; his siblings, Irene Marie Pelland of Manchester, NH, Jeanne Ryan of North Smithfield and Roland Pelland of South Attleboro; his grandsons, Joseph and Derek Francesconi; and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Max and James Francesconi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
