He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Halacy and Elinor Halacy Sr. (Moran); and his siblings, Peter Halacy and Thomas Halacy. He is survived by: his wife Margaret E. Halacy (Milan); his children, Catherine E. Halacy of Woonsocket, RI, Kevin B. Halacy of Woonsocket, RI and Christopher P. Halacy (Brittany) of Mendon, MA.; his grandchildren, Kate Thibeault and Addison Thibeault; his pets, Vienna and Nala; and his siblings, James Halacy (Annet) of Micco, FL, Eileen Chelsey (Dan) of Micco, FL, Paul Halacy (Laurie) of Northbridge, MA, Patty LeQuesne (late Curt) of Micco, FL and Peggy Couture (Bill) of Northbridge, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
