He is survived by: his mother Rosa Gonzalez; his children, Samari Modika and Azar'yn Ethan Gabriel Modika (family: Albiny, Orlando Martin) of Boston; and his grandchild Paola of Woonsocket. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
