Peckham Jr. (Joyel) of Woonsocket, Gregory M. Peckham (Sandra Lopes) of Cumberland, Steven Tyler Peckham of Florida, Wendy L. Peckham of Johnston and Jennifer M. Peckham of North Smithfield; his siblings, Wallace W. Peckham II of Central Falls, Timothy Peckham of Delaware and Rita Peckham of Florida; his wife Eva McPhillips of Pawtucket; and his siblings, Raymond Peckham and Carol Ryan. He is also survived by His Eighteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
