He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel G. Thacker, Jr. and Patricia A. Thacker (Austin). He is survived by: his wife Holly Thacker (Ferrara); his children, Stacy, Zachary and Chris Thacker; and his siblings, Samuel Thacker, III and Sherilyn Thacker.
