With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Manuel Costa Jr. of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 21, 2022. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Manuel Costa Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Mary A. Costa (Klucznik); his parents, Manuel Costa and Mary Costa (Santo); and his sisters, Millie Medeiros and Josie Costa.

He is survived by: his children, Maria Gazaille (Michael) of Woonsocket and Mick Costa (Dede Ball) of Sudbury, MA; his sister Ann D'Onofrio of Narragansett, RI; his grandchildren, Jake Gazaille (Jennifer), Matthew, Eric and Christina Costa; and his great grandchildren, Kira and Levi.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Friends of the North Smithfield Animal Shelter, PO Box 653, Slatersville, RI 02876.
