He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Deragon and Lucille Deragon (Perron); and his son Eric O'Connor. He is survived by: his significant other Brian Renaud of Woonsocket; his close friend Brian; his daughter Aimee Bandilli (Timothy) of Manville; his siblings, Richard Deragon (Suzanne) of Foster, Claire Dumas of Woonsocket and Jacqueline Ducharme (Gerry) of Warwick; his granddaughters, Tara Arpin of Woonsocket and Samantha Arpin of Burrillville; his niece Lisa Dumas; and his nephews, John Dumas Jr. and Derek Deragon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
