He was predeceased by: his parents, Raphael Boucher and Agnes Boucher (Gailloux); and his siblings, Edward 'Sonny Boucher, Constance 'Connie Boucher and Lucille 'Tootsie Bilodeau.
He is survived by: his sister Agnes Daniel of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joseph can be made to Hope Health Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence, RI - although he would suggest that you save your money and treat yourself to a coffee at McDonald's, his favorite.
