She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Lafond, Sr.; and her parents, George Girard and Doris Girard (Bois). She is survived by: her children, Ernest Lafond, Jr. (Renee Grey) of Pascoag, David Lafond (Michelle) of Burrillville, John Lafond (Anneli) of Burrillville, Paula Hogue (Donald) of Woonsocket and Carol Lafond (John Goyette) of Woonsocket. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Agatha's Church.
