She was predeceased by: her parents, Boleslaw Patykowski and Janina Patykowski; and her child Teagan Lafayette. She is survived by: her husband Dave Lafayette; her son Jeremy Tinker of Woonsocket; her sisters, Elizabeth Ausanka of Shrewsbury, MA and Theresa "Toni" Schale of St. Augustine, FL; and her child Thomas Tinker. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
