He is survived by: his wife Carol Levesque (Galuza) of Bellingham; his children, Jennifer Pemberton (Steven) of Savannah, GA, Adam Levesque (Jessilyn) of Lincoln and Tania Levesque (Derek Ryder) of Bellingham; his sister Joann Pouliot (Normand) of Smithfield; his nephew Normand; his niece Michelle; his grandchildren, Aaron, Emma, Emersyn, Everett, Alex and Brandon; and his great grandchild Amaya.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main Street, Woonsocket, In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a Baseball Scholarship, information will follow shortly.
