Date (Nicholas) of Woonsocket; his nieces, Jordan and Norah; his nephew William Date; his grandparents, Claire T. Clunie and Virginia E. Larson (Robert Larson) of Bellingham; his aunts, Shari Gentile (Allen Archibald) of Bellingham, Amy Dalton (T. J.) of Bellingham, Lori Ann Wallace (Robert) of Milford, Linda Liberty (Donald) of Franklin and Lisa Grant of Blackstone; and his uncle Steven Gentile of Bellingham. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
