He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin McCooey and Mary McCooey (Eddy). He is survived by: his brother Joseph McCooey (Carolyn) of South Kingstown; his nephew Edwin McCooey (Jennifer); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Harper and Jameson of North Kingstown; and also, Elizabeth Fisher (Patrick), Beaudry, Coleton of New York City, NY, Rosemary Summers (Lt), Col. Phillip Summers, Georgia, Kennedy and William of Ferrara, Italy..
