He was predeceased by: his siblings, Zolman of Connecticut and Gloria Stearn of Florida. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Michael (Beth) of Ridgefield, CT. and Elaine (Jonathan Gillim) of Wellesley, MA; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Bradley, Sarah and Pierce.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, 555 Long Wharf Drive, New Haven, CT 06511.
