He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alfred, Rita Desrosiers and William Semple; and his uncles, Robert Desrosiers and Norman Desrosiers (Roger).

He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Desrosiers and Sheila Desrosiers; his siblings, Sheena McLaughlin (Carl), Kyle (Eileen) and Aidan Desrosiers (Courtney); his grandmother Shirley H. Semple; his nieces and nephews, Sheldyn, Dillan, Kaelyn, Gavin, Logan, Owen, Sutton, Keegan, Boden and Finley; and also Cy's. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
