She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Stocklosa and Anna Stocklosa (Kurowski); her husband Maurice Forget; her brothers, Chester and Michael; and her son-in-law Timothy Picard.
She is survived by: her children, Charlene Picard, Lynne Byron (Darryl), Craig Forget (Lara) and Pamela Bogan (Miles). She is also survived by her eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Charlotte can be made to the Alzheimer's Association - Rhode Island Chapter.
