She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Cavaliere. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Elaine Perry of Woonsocket, RI; her children, Kaylei M. Perry-Vacca of Woonsocket, Jacob J. Vacca of Woonsocket, Morgan E. Vacca of Woonsocket, Robert R. Hougasian of Woonsocket and Hope M. Hougasian of Woonsocket; and her stepchildren, Brian G. McDuff of Swansea, MA and Bailey G. McDuff of Swansea, MA. She is also survived by family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in "Charlie's" memory to the go-fund page that has been established to benefit her children.
