She was predeceased by: her husband Philip M. Provost; and her parents, Roland P. Girard and Mary Katherine Girard (Walsh). She is survived by: her godson Brad Girouard; her siblings, Brian Girard (Patricia) of North Smithfield, Gary Girard of North Smithfield, Michael Girard of Warwick, Barbara Glode (David) of Belleview, NE and Brenda Girouard (Freddy) of North Attleboro; and her nieces and nephews, Brandon Girouard of Johnston, Joshua Girard of North Smithfield, Kyle, Kayla, Klay Glode of Nebraska, Laila and Bentley Girouard of Johnston.
