He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Gudz, Sr. and Anna Gudz (Bukata); and his brother Richard Gudz. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Gudz (Charrette); and his sons, Stephen R. Gudz of Woonsocket and Brian J. Gudz of Lincoln.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Trinity Parish, 1409 Park Ave., Woonsocket, RI 02895.
