He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Vanmoerkerque and Jeannettia Vanmoerkerque (Osborn); and his sibling Jennettia. He is survived by: his wife Gloria E. Vanmoerkerque (Hebert); his children, Linda Belleville (Tom) of Woonsocket, RI, Arthur Vanmoerkerque (Blanche) of Cumberland, RI, Carol Marcinkiewicz (Tom) of Stafford, Virginia, George Vanmoerkerque (Connie) of Harrisville, RI and Janet Gaylord (Brett) of Gates; and his siblings, Theresa Valliant, Barbara Vanmoerkerque, Robert, Julia, Helen, Joseph, Clarance and Julian. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8, soon to be 9, great grandchildren.
