It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan G. Parenteau (Woonsocket, Rhode Island), who passed away on March 2, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul A. Parenteau Sr. and Shirley Parenteau (Lataille); his children, Jason Parenteau Sr. of Hopedale and Jessica Parenteau (Donny Delorme Jr) of Bellingham; his grandchildren, Donny III, Dezarae and Jason Jr.; his siblings, Paulette Voisinet of Manville, Paul Parenteau Jr. of Millville, Pauline Chevalier of Woonsocket, Sheila Parenteau of Yarmouth Port and Karen Richer of Cumberland; his half-brother Ray Parenteau of South Carolina; and his former wife Kathy Parenteau (Champeau).

Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holt Funeral Home (510 S Main St, Woonsocket, RI 02895). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
