She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. Westmoreland; and her parents, Frederick B. Sisson and Helen M. Sisson (Stedman). She is survived by: her sons, Carl B. Westmoreland and Joshua F. Westmoreland (Courtney); her grandchildren, Maggie, Channah, Rachel and Corey; and her siblings, Linda M. Frazier, Donna L. Costanza, Frederick B. Sisson, Jr. and Lisa J. Sisson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
