He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Patricia Dionne (Burdick); his children, Judith Godfrey, Robert Dionne Jr., Lawrence Godfrey and Kristen Lupica; and his brother Theodore Dionne. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Westerly Yacht Club in Bob's memory.
