He was predeceased by: his wife Alice R. Palmer (Ansay); and his child Thomas Palmer. He is survived by: his children, Shirley Williams of Hope Valley, Carol Platt of Alton, Kenneth A. Palmer, Jr. (Lisa) of Richmond, David Palmer (Diane) of Richmond, Judy Recchia of Charlestown, Joseph Palmer (Christine) of Rice City, RI and James Palmer (Tracey) of Richmond; and his siblings, Ed Palmer and Beatrice Palmer. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
