Jon A. Babcock Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon A. Babcock of Westerly, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 27, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry L. Babcock and Ruth Babcock (Rutherford); his brother Randy of Roswell, GA; and his friends, Louis "Skip" Thavenet and Ken Landry.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Babcock (Twombly); his children, Heidi Maclay (William) of Pembroke, MA, Tim Babcock (Amy) of Ashaway, RI, Chad Babcock of Westerly and Ryan Babcock (Lynne) of Medford, MA; his grandchildren, Jack, Ellie, Riley Maclay, Caden, Chloe, Camille Babcock, Jon and Emily Babcock; his sister Deborah Gomes (Michael) of Westerly; his nephews, Kevin and Brian; and his brother-in-law Richard Twombly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
