He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaetano Garofalo and Sebastiana Garofalo; his wife Gloria J. LoPresto Garofalo; and his siblings, Constance Cleary of Waterford, CT, Anne Oslund of Misquamicut, Jill White of Phillipsburg, NJ, Joseph Garofalo of East Dover, VT and Arthur G. Garofalo of Westerly.
He is survived by: his children, John Garofalo, Jr. of Vancouver, WA and Constance Andrews of Magalia, CA; and his brother-in-law Donald LoPresto of Pawcatuck. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
