It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Shea (Westerly, Rhode Island), who passed away on May 21, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Joan Shea to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Meyer and Alice Meyer; and her siblings, Paul Meyer and Barbara Pierce. She is survived by: her husband Charles Shea; her children, Mark Shea of Pawcatuck, MaryRose Arseneault (Tom) of Washington, DC, Maureen Pettini (Michael) of Stonington and Martin Shea (Rebecca) of Pawcatuck; her siblings, Peter Meyer and Dr. Kathleen Meyer; and her grandchildren, Michael, Molly, Meghan (Ian), Mary, Keelin, Kip, Sabrina, Brigitte and Henry. She is also survived by her siblings, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews (and their children.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Michael Church, 60 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, CT 06379 in Joan's memory.
