We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2024, James M. Noonan of Westerly, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Martin, Jr. and Helen Catherine Noonan; and his brother Timothy. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kristina, Brandon, Dilan, Edison and Morrison; his wife Jane Rochelle; his son Jim; his son-in-law Joshua; his son Ryan; his daughter-in-law Kate; and his siblings, Cathy Karen, Michael, Tom, Bob, Julie, Sean, Jay and Mary. He is also survived by 36 nieces and nephews.
