He was predeceased by: his son Chris Cruickshank; and his parents, George Park (Clara Cruickshank) and Wilcox Park. He is survived by: his sister Clarece Thornton; his son Steve Cruickshank (Debi Cruickshank); his grandchildren, Nick Cruickshank, Sean Cruickshank and Dana Cruickshank; his spouse Laurie Scales (Cruickshank); and also Elizabeth Cruickshank (Betty). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
