It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ethel I. Blanchard in Westerly, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 1, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Palmer and Peter Palmer; her husband Harlan A. Blanchard; her siblings, Everett Palmer (Mary), Rolf Palmer (Catherine), Mary Palmer, Ruby Wilcox (Henry) and J. Caroline Soucy (Robert); and her great grandchild Lucas Addison.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Longolucco (Steve) and Harlan Blanchard (Penny). She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
