He is survived by: his stepchildren, Cynthia Kuchenbecker of Wellesley, MA and Stephen Chapin of Natick, MA; his nephew Robert Cassis of Madison, AL; and his nieces, Carol Chapelle of Memphis, TN, Fran Jacoby of Scottsdale, AZ and Roxanne Berglund of Bennington, NE..
