In the sacred silence of farewell, Edward is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Edward's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Dodge (Capalbo); his parents, John H. Dodge and Gertrude Dodge (Bjorn); and his siblings, Robert A. Dodge and Gloria Taylor.
He is survived by: his son John Dodge (Sharon) of Westerly; and his grandchildren, Maxwell Dodge and Ellie Dodge.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to either the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Edward's memory.
