He was predeceased by: his stepfather Edward B. Cook; and his nephew Stephen Boisclair. He is survived by: his mother Alma Hall; his stepfather Charles Hall of Pawcatuck; his children, N. P. Katherine A. Sandlin (Eric) of Burleson, TX, Colby Becker (Jess) of Moravia, NY, Justin K. Cook of Cumberland, MD and Jonathan E. Cook of Westerly; his stepson Anthony G. Dumsar, Sr. of Westerly; his caregiver Debra DeSimone of Westerly; and also, Michael A Cook of Pawcatuck, Cathy Lynn Whitehead (Roger) of Ocala, FL and Tracy A. Boisclair (Leo) of Westerly. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
