He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Antonia Casale (Lombardo); his parents, Gaetano Casale and Rose Casale; and his siblings, Andrew, Frank and Angeline.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Casale (Joyce) of Gainesville, FL, Angelo Casale, Jr. of Westerly and Debra Shelor (Don) of Greensboro, NC; and his grandchildren, Sara Geiser, Beth Provost, Kimberly Justice, Adam Spurlock and Amanda Moyers. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
