He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Noel and Helen Noel (Burke); his stepmother Anna Noel (Lamb); and his brother George Noel, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Diane J. Noel (Lambert); his sons, Scott W. Noel (Michelle) of Coventry and Gary D. Noel (Laura) of Nashua, NH; his grandchildren, Sara E. Noel of Coventry and Scott Noel, Jr. of Coventry; and his sisters, Caril Newell of West Warwick, Judith Collins and Nancy Stanliewicz.
