He was predeceased by: his parents, William Duggan and Barbara Duggan (Cassidy); and his sisters, Maureen Santos and Susanne Duggan-Ball. He is survived by: his siblings, Jack Duggan, Frank Duggan, David Duggan, Kathy Santos and Beth Duggan; his brothers-in-law, Steve Ball and Mike Feeney; his nephews, Gary Santos and Steven Ball; his great-niece Rayna; and his great-nephew Lucus.
