He is survived by: his daughters, Joan Blade Johnson (Robert) of Hampton, CT., Joyce Blade of Warwick and Julie Blade of Orono, MN.; his grandchildren, Taylor, Blair, Chandler Johnson, Ian, Sarah McQuesten, Henry, Ella and Ava Larson; and his great grandchildren, Bryce, Blake Johnson, Brody and Sawyer Johnson.

Due to COVID-19, facemasks and social distancing are respectfully requested for the Funeral.
