He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Clarke and Mildred Clarke (Frabel); and his brothers, Raymond, David, Howard (Bob) and Ronald Clarke.

He is survived by: his sons, Wayne D. Clarke and Keith D. Clarke (Julie); his grandson Jacob W. Clarke; and his sisters, Renee Palomis of Wisconsin and Ann Monarch of Wisconsin.
