She was predeceased by: her husband Walter J. Polucha; her parents, Leonard Picard and Viola Picard (Lussier); and her sister Celeste Picard. She is survived by: her son Jesus Church; her stepsons, Craig Polucha (Joyce) of Cumberland, Jeffrey Polucha (Paula Keefe) of Cumberland and Glen Polucha of Campton, NH.; and her sister-in-law Celia Polucha of Whitinsville. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
