She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James J. Brosnan III; her parents, Thomas Dorgan and Anna Dorgan (O'Donnell); her sons, Jacob Scheffler of Las Vegas, NV and Joshua Scheffler of Colorado; her stepchildren, James J. Brosnan IV of Rhode Island, Ryan C. Brosnan of South Dakota and David M. Brosnan of Florida; her grandchildren, James and Cora Brosnan; and her siblings, Anne Marie Omweg of Smithfield, RI, Regina Bharoacha of California, Monica Madigan of Coventry, RI, Kevin Dorgan of Florida, Thomas and Maureen Dorgan.
A reception was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:45 PM at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery (341 S County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822). A committal service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
