Chappel (Bickle); his parents, Enid Snow and Cilley; his stepfather Henry Snow; his children, Steven Chappel of Camden, AL, Annette Coutu (Joel) of Coventry, Aaron Ware (Michaela) of Warren, Jason Turcios of West Warwick and Joseph Turcios of Smithfield; his grandchildren, Justin Coutu, Danielle Coutu, Kimberly Frost, Jason Turcios Jr. and Joel Coutu Jr.; his great grandchildren, Danyella, Hope, Nathan, Maddison, Brielle, Armani, Giovanni, Michael, Ayden and Justin Jr.; and his sister Helen Leander of Smithfield, RI..

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Iannotti Funeral Home (415 Washington St, Coventry, RI 02816).
