She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Deighan, Sr.; her parents, John W. Preiss and Elsie Preiss (Solbrig); her daughter Shirley E. Deighan; and her sister Marie Deighan.
She is survived by: her children, John E. Deighan, Jr. of Coventry, Patricia McDermott (Brian) of Coventry, Sharon Desrosiers (Dwain) of Coventry and Irene Cicerone of Warwick; her grandchildren, Dwain Desrosiers, Jr., Crystal Carpenter, Frederick Thompson, Heather Budziak, Edward J. Deighan, Jenna-Marie Deighan, Sean McDermott and Bethany Cicerone; and her siblings, Dorothy Pecchia, Virginia Jackson, Evelyn McAuslan, Phyllis Clesas, Arleen Van Horn and John Preiss. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
