He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Beverly Collins (Taylor) of Florida and Harold Collins; his children, Erin L. Collins (Paul Kauffman) of Coventry, Jessie G. Hallam of Warwick and Brittney E. Suggs (Nic) of Jacksonville, Florida.; and his siblings, Karen Lokker, Stephen and David Collins.
