He is survived by: his children, Cathy E. Barlow (Dana) of Narragansett and Royal H. Gorton Jr. of North Attleboro, MA; his sister Harriett Pelletier; and his grandchildren, Kelsey, Brandon Barlow and Preston Gorton.
