He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Oliver (Silva) and Fredrick L Oliver; and his brother Fredrick L Oliver Jr. of California. He is survived by: his brother Kenneth Oliver of Seekonk, MA.; and his friend Cynthia Vose of Greene, RI.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews, 2 aunts, and numerous cousins.
