He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth "Betty" Nadeau of West Warwick; and his children, Dale Nadeau of West Warwick, Thomas J. Butts, III (Deborah) of Warwick, George D. Butts (Janice) of West Warwick and Peter Butts (Sally) of Hollywood, Florida.. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
