He is survived by: his wife Marlene Mullins (Cohn); his son Patrick Mullins (Lindsey) of Wakefield, RI; his grandsons, Patrick and Charlie; and his brothers, Francis Mullins (Cynthia) of Somerset, MA and John Mullins (Lori) of Somerset, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
