He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mills and Valentina Mills (Cipollone); his former wife Joan C. Mills (Gilkinson); and his brother David A. Mills. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Falcetta-Mills; his stepdaughter Francesca Morrell (Richard Cinque) of Warwick; his stepgranddaughter Samantha Morrell; his niece Cynthia M. Henn (David) of Warwick; his nephew Stephen J. Mills of Oklahoma; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Stephen D. Henn, Laura M. Henn, Caroline M. Henn, Sydney Mills, Casey Mills and Noam Mills; and his pet Daisy Mae.
