He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Palermo and Eileen Palermo (Wilcox); and his sister Eleanor Roxby. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Palermo (Asermely); his son Jason Palermo (Sherri) of North Kingstown, RI.; his sister Margaret Palermo of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Joel Palermo and Siena Palermo.
