He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Colasanti Volk; his daughter Karen Volk; and his grandson Robert Ahn Volk. He is survived by: his children, Richard H. Volk Jr, Kristin Volk and Robert Volk; his daughters-in-law, Mary Volk and Phou Volk; his grandchildren, Lynne Volk, Bethany Volk Weygand, Richard Volk, Emelia Weygand and Andrew Richard Weygand; his nieces and nephews, Donna Parascandola, Deborah Colasanti, Karl Volk, Erik Volk and Michael Colasanti; and his close friend Beverly Green. He is also survived by his four children and one of his grandkids.
